This policy explains what information Captain Forwards (operated by VocAition LLC) collects when you use this site, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain because our practices are simple.

- What we collect
- When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, role, main lanes, monthly shipment volume, and your message. Like any website, our hosting provider also records standard server logs, including your IP address, the pages requested, and basic technical details about your browser. We do not require an account, and we do not collect more than this.
- Why we use it
- We use your contact details to respond to your inquiry and to assess whether Captain is a fit for your operation. We use server logs to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site, and to defend against abuse. That is the full extent of why we hold your data.
- Who we share it with
- We share data only with the service providers that run this site, and only as needed to provide it. Cloudflare hosts the site and runs Turnstile, the anti-spam check on the contact form. Resend delivers your form submission to us by email. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments, not for their own purposes.
- International data transfer
- We operate across the United States and Asia, and our providers run global infrastructure. Your data may be processed in the United States and in other countries. Wherever it is handled, we apply the same consistent standard of protection described in this policy.
- How long we keep it
- We keep inquiry data only as long as we need it to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, then we delete or archive it. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will.
- How we protect it
- Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We limit access to the people who need it, and we keep audit logs of that access. We design the site to collect little, which is the strongest protection of all.
- Your rights
- You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Because we collect so little and require no account, honoring these requests is straightforward. To exercise any of these rights, just contact us.
- Cookies and analytics
- This is a static site with no third-party advertising or behavioral tracking. The only client-side functionality is essential: Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived token to tell humans from bots on the contact form. We do not sell behavioral data, and there are no ad networks following you here.
- We never sell your data
- We do not sell your data, and we never will. We also never use it to train shared or third-party AI models. Your information is used only to serve your inquiry and to run this site.
- Children
- This site is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
- Changes to this policy
- We may update this policy as our practices or providers change. The Last updated date below always reflects the current version, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
